You will receive an email notification when your order has either been shipped or is ready for Curbside Pickup (depending on your choice of either at check out). We accept all full-priced online returns within 14 days of purchase for Store Credit only. Your store credit will never expire.
All items being returned must be unworn, with no signs of wear, and with original tags still attached.
Fragile items must be treated with the utmost in care when repackaging them to mail back or bring back to the store for a return. Be sure to keep all original packing materials if you plan to return an item. We will not accept returns on items that have been damaged during transit back to us.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Beauty items are final sale. Face Masks are final sale.
Must keep receipt or gift receipt for return.
We do not offer exchanges at this time, but we ask that you return your item for store credit, and then place a new order for the item you would like.
Inside the package you received with your original order, there is a "Returns" page. Please fill out completely and include inside your return package. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for us to give you the address to mail your return package to. If you would prefer to drop it off at the store, you can come by during Store hours: Wednesday-Friday 11am-5pm and Saturday 11am-3pm at 512 Metairie Road, Metairie, LA 70005. Once we receive your return, we will then issue a store credit under your name. If you have misplaced your Returns page, or if one was not included in your original order package, please email us at email@example.com and we will email you a new copy.
Using a Store Credit:
After receiving your return package, we will email you a special discount code to use on our website in the exact amount of your store credit. This will ensure that your store credit will be applied to your purchase at checkout.
