We offer either "In-store Pick-up" or "Shipping" options.
In-store Pick-up Option
If you would like to pick up your order in-store, please choose the In-store Pick-up option at checkout. We will have your order ready for pick up at our Metairie Road store location: 512 Metairie Road, Metairie, Louisiana 70005. This is a free option.
Shipping Pricing: $5 flat rate shipping nationwide for all orders $100 and over. $8 flat rate shipping nationwide for all orders $99 and under. We use USPS Priority Mail 1-3 Business Day Shipping.
Didn't love your purchase? No worries, we're here to make your return process easy and quick!
We accept all full-priced online returns within 14 days of purchase for Store Credit only. Your store credit will never expire.
All items being returned must be unworn, with no signs of wear, and with original tags still attached.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
We do not offer exchanges at this time, but we ask that you return your item for store credit, and then place a new order for the item you would like.
Inside the package you received with your original order, there is a "Returns" page. Please fill out completely and include inside your return package. Mail your return package to our mailing address: 512 Metairie Road, Metairie, Louisiana 70005. Once we receive your return, we will then issue a store credit under your name. If you have misplaced your Returns page, or if one was not included in your original order package, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email you a new copy.

Using a Store Credit:
In order to use your store credit, please email us at email@example.com OR direct message us on Instagram @shopcellasboutique with your full name, requesting to use your store credit. We will email/message you back and give you a special discount code to use on our website in the exact amount of your store credit. This will ensure that your store credit will be applied to your purchase at checkout. A store credit cannot be automatically applied through the website without emailing/messaging us.
